Wishlist: SHOES SHOES SHOES

So as you may already know, I have a pretty limited collection of footwear consisting mainly of my new boots (swoon - yes, still), my spiked slippers (which I am also in love with still) and some converse-esque trainers. So I am in desperate need (okay maybe not desperate need but I could do with some more!).

So here are some options I've come up with - for myself or anyone else in my position - that would fulfil the my shoe needs and fill the shoe shaped hole in my heart..

Bit far? Yeah, okay, went a bit far with that one..

1.2.3.4.5.6.
1.2.3.4.5.6.
Sigh, a girl can dream hey? Sadly my bank (nor wardrobe) would be able to stretch this far. Let the bargain hunting and eBay trawling commence!

Are any of you lucky enough to own any of these gorgeous shoes? Or are you more like me, wistfully lusting after a pair (or two), knowing deep down they will never be yours?

Oh wow, I really am going full on with the emotional drivel today..

eBay Finds + Bargain Hunting

Now, to be completely honest with you, I'm the type who very rarely will buy things at full price and is constantly (and I full on mean constantly) looking for the best bargains and cheapest price for things.

I've been on a bit of a roll recently with grabbing some bargains, and surprisingly, none were from sales (although I'm yet to hit those, right at the end where all the prices are properly dirt cheap - see what I mean about me being a crazy-bargain-hunter-woman?!)

The two tops were a pound each from a charity shop, the jeans won on eBay for £1.04(!!!), the snood is also an eBay find bought for £5.50. And finally.. My gorgeous new boots! They may not look like much, but I can't even explain how much I love them - especially because I nabbed them for £20, better than half price from the brilliant website next2nowt (seriously, check it out, it's amazing).
1. Zara via Charity Shop
2. Urban Outfitters via eBay
3. Topshop via Next2Nowt
4. Urban Outfitters via eBay
5. Motel Rocks via Charity Shop

(they look a tad scuffed, this would be because I've already worn them several times because it was just too tempting, hehehe)

I hope I've inspired you to go and find yourselves some great bargains like these, it really pays off! Anybody picked up any great bargains recently? Or know of any websites like next2nowt? (I'd be eternally grateful if you shared links to these!!)

ALSO, a little irrelevant side note, but check out my brand-spankin' new Questions Page where you'll find a selection of questions asked from blog awards ellie etc has been nominated for! 3 Ways To Wear Colour-Pop Knitwear: PART THREE

Here we have the final part of 3 ways to wear colour-pop knitwear! Part One can be found here and Part Two here.

The jumper was from Boden via eBay Outlet but there a few very similar in Topshop at the moment herehere and here.

Mud courtesy of me + fields
Jeans - Topshop
Trainers - New Look
Anklets - Turkey and made by myself
This is such a chilled outfit, the kind I just chuck on if I'm in a rush or have very little effort levels for picking out an outfit. Plus it's so comfy and warm (excluding my ankles, haha!). These jeans were also featured in my Christmas Present post, and have quickly become favourites of mine as they are nice and stretchy so don't pinch behind your knees or anything nasty like that.

As you can see this jumper photographs a different colour almost every time! But I promise you it's the same jumper each time..

So there we have it, I hope you've all enjoyed my 3 part post as much as I have making it! And I hope it's helped you either pluck up the courage to buy a brightly coloured jumper or given you some ideas of how to style one you've had lying around.

Which was your favourite look: Going-Out, Smart or Casual?

3 Ways To Wear Colour-Pop Knitwear: PART TWO

So here we go with Part Two of 3 ways to wear colour-pop knitwear! Part One can be found here.

The jumper was from Boden via eBay Outlet but there a few very similar in Topshop at the moment herehere and here.

White Shirt - Borrowed off my brother (similar here)
Skirt - Primark (similar here)
Tights - M&S
Shoes - Topshop (similar here)
This look is my favourite I have to say, I love how preppy it is - yet the jumper makes it just that bit different and more of a current take on the preppy look. (Wow, did I really just write all the pretentious nonsense?) Anyway, this one is my smart look, so the sort of thing to wear to college or an interview type thing - somewhere you'd want to be taken seriously basically.

Although saying that I've never had an interview so I wouldn't know what to wear, haha!

Part Three is on it's way!

3 Ways To Wear Colour-Pop Knitwear: PART ONE

So my gorgeous bright yellow-green jumper was one of my Christmas presents and has also featured in my post here

But inspired by some people's comments, I've decided to honour it with a whole post of it's own! Because it's quite an 'out-there' colour, I thought I'd show you how to create 3 different outfits with it - Going Out, Smart and Casual. They are all very simple outfits, something anyone could wear and create very easily, I haven't gone too mental/high fashion (but that's mainly because I lack the wardrobe to do that, sob :()

The jumper in question was from Boden via eBay Outlet but there a few very similar in Topshop at the moment here, here and here

Faux-Leather Skirt - H&M (old, similar here and here)
Tights - M&S
Suede Wedges - New Look (old, similar here and here)
I went for a pretty casual 'going out' look, but a jumper is generally a pretty casual look. The leather skirt toughens up the look for a more edgy look. These heels are my babies, I've had them for years but the suede is very scuffed and they aren't very black anymore!

Stay tuned (or reading?) for part two!
Until then my darlings..
